Hainsworth Radiograph · iPhone & iPad
Radiograph Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
This policy covers the Hainsworth Radiograph iPhone and iPad app provided by Chris Hainsworth / Hainsworth Systems, and support requests about the app.
Images are processed on your device
The app opens files you select and processes their pixels and metadata locally. It does not automatically upload your radiographs, measurements, filenames, or image metadata to Hainsworth Systems. We do not operate an app account system or a cloud image library for this version.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
This version does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs. The app does not send usage analytics or crash reports directly to Hainsworth Systems. Apple may process purchase, installation, and diagnostic information under its own services and your device settings, and may make diagnostics available to developers.
Local storage and exports
Open images and measurements are held in the viewing session. You may need to reopen your files after the app closes. Your original files remain in the location you selected.
When you export, the app writes a temporary copy into its cache so Apple's share sheet can use it. The app attempts to delete that temporary copy when sharing finishes or is canceled. If the app is interrupted, cached copies may remain until removed by the system or by deleting the app.
Files you save or share remain in the destination you choose. Original DICOM exports retain the original metadata; reports can include filenames, measurements, and information you enter. Check those contents before sharing.
Services you choose
If you open a file from iCloud or another file provider, or share through email, AirDrop, or a third-party app, that service handles the transfer according to its own terms and privacy policy. Sharing happens only when you choose a destination; Hainsworth Systems is not automatically a recipient.
Contacting support
If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain relevant support records. Our email service provider processes those communications. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising.
We retain support information as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence using the contact below. Please send only files you are authorized to share.
Your choices
You control which files the app opens and where exports are sent. Delete saved exports through Files or the service where you saved them. Deleting the app removes its local app data, but does not remove originals or exports stored elsewhere. We cannot delete files on your device or from destinations you selected.
Support website
This app policy does not describe every feature of the wider Hainsworth Systems website. Visiting these support pages sends ordinary web-request information, such as IP address and browser details, to the website hosting provider to deliver and protect the site. These support and privacy pages do not add analytics or advertising scripts. If you choose the website's separate contact form, its Formspree processing notice applies.
Changes and contact
We will update this page and its effective date when these practices change. For privacy questions or requests about support correspondence, contact Chris@gethainsworth.com.
